Need Skid plate bolts 92 toy pu
I don't have the original bolts.
I need 4 skid plate bolts for a 1992 Toyota pu 4x4 (4cyl)
My Chilton's Toyota Trucks 89-91 tells me they are:
130 (9, 13)
? Anybody know what those numbers mean?
I've heard that a dealership might sell them to me for $7 each ... that's not happening.
I just want something that is "spec"
Thanks

How about this kit?

Not sure on the exact size I’m sure someone can chime in that may know but they should be available at your local Ace, my ace will let me take a bolt out to see if it fits before I buy.

You want JIS bolts. (Japanese Industrial Standard) Most hardware stores have metric bolts that fit but the heads will have different sizes. Pain in the a$$ to have to carry more sockets and wrenches. I can buy bags of good quality JIS hardware from McMaster-Carr for less than buying a couple from my local hardware store.
There are online places selling JIS bolt kits or specific ones you want for our Toyotas.
The sizes I have ordered for my trucks have been M6 X 1.0. M8 x 1.25, M10 x 1.25, and M12 x 1.25 Those are the thread pitches. You just need to figure out what length you need in those sizes. If you get JIS bolts and nuts they will have the correct size heads.
If you get the correct thread pitch but in European metric, you will be using your 13mm, 15mm and 18 mm tools.

Here's a link to look up part #s. I selected a '92 4Runner Truck. You can change year/model/frame/char by clicking on the boxes Click on a 5 digit part # to get a popup with the toyota 10 digit part # to use for ordering.

The bolt part # I looked up was 90119-08766. It's $2.08 online price at my local dealer. If you call in to order, the price will be much higher.

The 130 (9, 13) from your Chilton's looks like the notation for torque values. The 9 being ft-lbs or in-lbs.
