I turned my truck on this morning and the blower did not turn on. I replaced the blower 7-8 years ago. While I have not tested either the blower or resistor, (don't have access to testing equipment atm) I checked the 2 fuses underneath the glove box and I hear the relay switch whenever I adjust the fan from off to low. However I noticed this abomination (clearly i had forgotten about it) and was wondering if anyone would know what it's called so I can replace it. The female end connects to the blower, thanks for the help. If needed it can take another picture

edit: I believe i also replaced the resistor previously but I can't remember
