What company makes the BEST rebuilt 22RE engines
SIMPLE QUESTION:
Price no object, which engine rebuilder makes the very best 22RE engines.
I know there will be more than one opinion on this, but I'm hoping that a consensus will emerge from several answers (please indicate no more than two engine rebuild companies in your answer).

I'd wanna know what parts were replaced, and the brand. Any machine work, too.
I'm not endorsing them as a source, I've never used them, but I like the information Yotashop.com gives on their rebuilt engines.
NPR, Taiho, OSK, and Aisin are all named in their listing, and those are all reliable brands

In my opinion I'd say 22RE Performance based out of Chico, California is the best. Jim and the crew does absolute immaculate work and proper testing. They offer everything to do with a 22RE. You have the option of having them rebuild/buy a new motor or you can simply talk to them for tips and ideas. Hope this helps!
