93’ T100 Exhaust

Well my trucks original factory muffler is starting to go, I noticed it was much louder after starting it up from sitting in storage all winter. Any recommendations on an exhaust system or should I just replay the muffler as pipes look good. And I’d just muffler, which are mufflers everyone is using.

I guess trying with the current one worth it because finding another in a good condition is so hard

What?

To the topic, If the rest of the system is in good shape and you just want to keep it stock I would just replace the muffler. I personally don’t feel you will get any added performance with an expensive muffler but that’s just my opinion.

Not sure what happened on my last sentence, but was saying “ And which mufflers are everyone using”
I will keep the rest of exhaust and just replace the muffler, guess I jus have to look for one that’s about the same length.

I have a 91 pickup and my muffler split open, I have an exhaust shop I use and they just put a standard run of the mill replacement, no clue what brand it was but I’m not looking for anything fancy as I wouldn’t get any noticeable results and it’s not a hot rod, any local exhaust shop should be able to get you a standard replacement, if you are doing yourself I’m sure it won’t be hard to find a standard replacement. You could also look around the web and you tube for reviews on different full system replacements but the price is going to be considerably more.
