3.0 Randomly Stalls while driving and turning on Headlights..

Hey gang, its been a while since I've Been on here,

95 4runner, 3.0 Manual 4x4, 220k Miles
This 4runner is driving me nuts, its randomly stalls while driving.
Seem to run fine when its cold, Runs fine when its warm, and then out of no where, turn on the headlights or AC, boom! Truck dies while driving. (but not every time)
Some times its dies instantly, sometime is stumbles, when its acting up, the rpms slowly drop and there is No Throttle response.
No check engine light either, which make me think its Mechanical.

I replaced the battery, and new Alternator. Still stall when warmed up..
I replaced the AFM. Still stalls when Warmed up
I checked for Vacuum leaks, and replaced the air intake hose, Still Stalls when warmed up
I redid the battery Connections and sanded the ground contacts, ..Still Stalls when warmed up
I replaced the EGR thinking it was stuck open/ ...Still stalls when warmed up.
I replaced the ECM with 3 different ECMs, Same ...Still Stalls when warmed up.

Sometimes is stalls on its own. Most of the time it stalls when Headlights or AC button is turned on.
The only time it stalls is when it's warned up. Stalls while driving. Stalls while Idling. Randomly
Fires back up in 1-2 minutes and I can drive a short distance again...then will stall....
WTF?????

Any Ideas?

Tom-

Might try cleaning throttle body and Idle Air Control valve if you haven't yet. Dont take magnetic lever end of IAC valve apart.
Many threads around of how to go about it.
When you release throttle even at hiway speed, motor still needs some air flow. I also found that "at idle" with A/C, power steering or such under load, the ECM signals the IAC to open some amounts.
Hope this helps.
