88 vs 89 3vze heater hose kit

I think i have some vacuum issues with the heater hoses on the back of my 3vze that are letting some air get into my cooling system. I can’t find any hose kits for the 88 3vze but there some that i see are 89-92. My truck is an 88 regular cab. Is there a difference in these hoses? I never replaced the hoses behind the engine near the firewall and I believe they may not be air tight and are causing some overheating issues on grades. Toyota parts also isnt even letting me search by make year of 1988 either which is causing some trouble trying to find the correct part numbers for these hoses.

Tough year. It saw a very limited production run (1st gen V6), which makes it less profitable to keep making stuff.
I'd go look at a 1990 V6. Good chance you could get those to work.
