Are the dimensions of crossmembers for 4 Runners and Pickups Different?

Are the dimensions of crossmembers for 4 Runners and Pickups Different?
I am building an 93 Toyota Pickup and have a front crossmember where the bumper and skid plate attaches for a 94 4-Runner. Both are 4wD and I was wondering if the crossmember would fit my 93 Pickup. Are they interchangeable? And if not, what are the major differences?
