I just bought a 1986/87 toyota itasca rv (truck cab with winnebago back) it has the 22RE engine.

but it has no power steering and being my everyday vehicle it is really a work out driving it. (Or maybe it does have power steering but its not working I dont know.???)

Is it possible to add power steering to it? Either pneumatic or electric?

Any and all help will be appreciated. Thank you

You have factory power steering already installed. And I can see the bulk of the components in your pictures.
If it's not working I'd guess it's out of fluid. Check the reservoir and add Dextron atf if empty or low. Then fire it up and see what happens. I'm banking on either noisy(a pump running with no fluid isn't good). Or the fluid leaks out, especially when turning.
Note: If it's out of fluid it'll be initially noisy for a few minutes as air is displaced in the system, especially when you turn the wheel.
