Hey guys I have a 1991 extcab 4x4 3.0v6 truck that needs an engine and I have a FREE 1995 4-runner 4x4 3.0v6 that is perfect condition but no title would swapping the engine and transmission out of the 4-runner into the 91truck be straight forward or are their any unseen complications that I may run into

Unseen complications are just that...
You should be able to swap EVERY component from your existing engine onto the block/heads of the donor engine with no issues, but if you try to use sensors etc. from the donor all bets are off.

 

You might look into Chilkat Performance. They sell a V6 mount kit for 5VZFE swaps into 22R trucks. It should work for the 3VZE.
