Injectors not firing

Injectors not firing
I have inherited a 1987 Toyota pickup with the 22re turbo I’m having an issue with the injectors not firing. I’ve replaced the injectors and fuel pump. Fuel pump comes on and I’ve tested every relay fuse and wire to the injectors and have power but they still will not function. Please help!

welcome to yotatech. your first step should be acquiring a toyota FSM (factory/field service manual). it will provide details on troubleshooting the efi system. sounds like you do have a multimeter, yes?
also, don't just replace parts trying to solve the issue; you'll unlikely have success, or it will be extremely expensive to get there. plus, why discard perfectly functional parts, especially if they are toyota oem (which will be better than any aftermarket parts).

First, I second Wallytoo. Randomly replacing parts rarely works out. But if you do, especially ignition related, please get Denso. If the new fuel pump isn't Denso I'd recommend saving the old one(unless it isn't Denso either).
Second, Curious what the engine bay looks like, especially around battery and fuse block. Some photos would be good. Back when these units were fairly new and they came in for service the engine bays looked pretty factory. But these days, after multiple owners, many look vastly different. I'm assuming you inherited a non-running vehicle. This typically means the previous owner tried a bunch of stuff and gave up. You'll need to get things back to spec as much as possible.
