What is this part that is leaking by oil filter

What is this part that is leaking by oil filter

This is a 1999 4runner Ltd, 4WD. The part that is leaking is the metal pipe connected to the rubber hose located just above the oil filter in the picture. But what is it?

I can't really tell from that angle, but possibly power steering line?

As aowRS said it might be the power steering line or fitting.
Hard to tell with that picture.
If it's green fluid that's leaking I'd look to see what uses green fluid.
What colour is your antifreeze?

Those look like hydraulic lines, most likely power steering. Not uncommon for those to leak on Toyotas.
