1989 pickup RWD swapping to FWD rear springs. Need 4WD shackles for this??

Hey everyone, I have an 1989 RWD pickup with worn out rear springs. I have new replacement springs, but they are for the 4WD variant. The springs are the same length, and the front bushing is the same. I actually prefer the 4WD springs, as they have an additional leaf, and just look to be more durable.

However the rear of the 4WD spring has a pressed in bushing that looks to be identical the the front pressed in bushing on both. The RWD spring used hard rubber 2 piece bushings with a larger inner diameter where it fits to the shackle. So the rear shackle from the RWD lower shaft (where the shackle bolts to the spring) is a larger diameter than what would fit to the rear bushing on the 4WD spring.

I'm guessing the 4WD shackle very likely has an upper shaft (where the shackle bolts to the hanger) that is the same diameter as the RWD hanger. Unless the 4WD spring I have has the wrong bushing pressed into the rear eyelet, I think that 4WD shackle is what I'm missing to swap the RWD spring for these nicer 4WD springs.

Everything except that rear eyelet looks like a direct fit. I'm guessing someone here has swapped these springs as I would like to. Am I correct that all I need is 4WD shackles to finish this swap? Thanks!
