1984 Carb to 1992 EFI Swap
Hi Guys, This is my first time posting on a forum. Got a big project going on, I have a 1984 Toyota pickup im swapping to a EFI from a 1992 Toyota. Ive rebuilt the engine and mounted it. struggling on the electrical. I bought all the harness components and im trying to eliminate everything that i dont need in order to start the engine. I wanted to add the relays to the engine bay(main relay/efi). I have been looking for a solid schematic that would also reference connectors so i can start eliminating what I don't need but cant seem to find a good one. Any advice Ive read a few forums but everyone seems to be doing things differently.

You're right. big Project. Best schematics are the EWD books Toyota published for every model year. Sometimes you can get them at a good price on eBay. I got my 1987 for $20.00
The EWD books also show each connector, and where each wire is loaded.
The FSM has condensed schematics which are good, but the EWD kicks it up several notches.
