3rd member unthreaded hole

Exclamation 3rd member unthreaded hole

ive got a 93' v6 pickup that im swapping the front and rear diff on for 4.56 gearing. the new 3rd member i got has a few holes my stock one didnt have. can someone help me figure out what they are? its a larger unthreaded hole with a threaded one below it, and to the left of the first left bolt is a raised threaded hole to the right of the 2nd left bolt. what are these for?

Top two holes are for an abs sensor (sensor and bolt to hold it down) . Not sure on the side.

my truck doesnt have abs so could i just weld a metal plate over it and call it good?

There is a cup type freeze plug that fits the big hole tight. Costs a couple bucks at the parts store.
