Where can I find "lift vs. tire size" for 96+ 4x4 taco?

I have never found these charts to be all that accurate. For example, I have 32"s on my '88 pickup with no lift at all, but the chart shows that I need somewhere between 2" and 3". Anyway, that chart should be a decent start.
