Frame rust prevention help!

Hello guys!

I painted my frame and underbody of my 91 4runner with 3 in 1 chassis paint, with brush. Now, the thing is, I didnt have the luxury of separating the frame from the body and I cant reach a lot of places this way. In addition, I stayed away from rubber parts of the suspension, as well as electric wires or moving joints. So you can get the picture - some parts painted well, some are not. My question is - what to do to perfect the situation? My mechanic is a fan of a antirust coating with spraycan, which I really doubt is good for rubber, electric cables and moving joints. Please, share your opinions with a beginner

The truck has only surface rust and I want to preserve it the best way possible.
