Regearing my tacoma

Hey gang. I'm upgrading from a 22re 4runner to a tacoma (95 5vz, manual transmission) and have some gearing questions. I live in Colorado and spend a lot of time on the highway going over mtn passes at like 11,000 ft. This is the main reason for getting the taco. The 22re is just not cutting it on the highway. The taco will have 33's on it eventually. I'm wondering if dropping my axle gears to 4:88's will have the RPM unreasonably high at 75 mph. Off-road capability is important but honestly this vehicle is gonna spend most of it's time in town or on the highway. Also I already have a custom 4:88 3rd member with an elocker. All I would need is the axle housing and the front diff. Thanks!
