Hello all, it has been a long time. Doing a little bit of digging before resuming my frame off on my 84. I know this will be a really drawn out process, but a lot of my concern is availability of parts, particularly body panels. I’ve seen a few threads on here about floor pan fabrication and discussion of not having a market for these trucks, but most of the posts are pretty old (10-12 years) And didn’t know if situations changed. Do you guys have any good places for parts in general, but more specifically body repair parts? Apart from Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc Or Rock Auto or something. Thanks in advance for any pointers

 

Is it a truck or 4runner?
i bought quarterpanel patch panels from wolf steel in Canada and was pleased with the parts. Not as good as if i had been able to buy a used quarter off a rust free 4runner but decent. http://www.alfaparts.net/toyota.htm

 

1984 Pickup SR5 22R 5-Speed 4x4 short bed regular cab. Axles out of an 80 model with 4.38 gears. Some good parts on there. I saw a good thread on an 83 resto that he did some excellent floor work on. Just dont know I'll be able to invest that level of time into it at the moment and was hoping over the years someone had finally stuck some cab parts on the market
