It's my first visit to the PNW ever this weekend to see my first grandchild who lives in University Place before they say goodbye to Army life and move back South on June 1 to CO or TX.

My son-in-law has a 2015 4Runner and a Stage 2 IVD suspension kit and I was going to help him install it on base, at Ft. Lewis, this weekend because they have the facility and the tools
However, I think the base is still in lock-down?

So, I basically have THIS SATURDAY to do it, but no tools and no location. Hoping you guys could suggest something... anything.?
