I case you want to know: The spare tire in my 4R is BFG 33x10.5 r15 in Toyota alloy rim T 15x7JJ-8 DOT Offset 8 (as the other 4 because I rotate them), it fits in the spare location, but a little bit more than 1 inches from the exhaust, too close for my taste, it needs minimal exhaust work (that is the plan) , heat wraps or heat shield around that area.
It depends of the exhaust, in my other 4R the distance is 1.5"
