88 Yota Won’t start

I have a 88 22RE. I recently removed the plenum and throttle body to be cleaned. After cleaning I replaced the gaskets and assembled everything back together. Once I tried to start it back up all it does is sputter and won’t actually turn over. I tried to get the RPMs up to see if getting the fuel pressure would get it to turn over. But it doesn’t. I labeled all my vacuum lines before removing. So I’m not sure what the issue is. Any suggestions?

You might want to check your starter wire to see if the issue is there. A good way to see narrow down the issue is to put your keys in the run position then grab an extra piece of wire that you're going to connect to your starter where the trigger wire usually is and jump it to the HOT power wire of the starter. This will immediately turn the starter on and if your keys are in the run position it will start the Yota. If the Yota doesn’t start then your issue is someplace else. Start there and let me know.
