94' 22RE metallic rattling came out of nowhere

Just this morning I went to fire up the truck and it now has a rattle coming from around the front of the engine. I'm really hoping it's not timing as I don't currently have the funds to fix it. Sorry it's kinda hard to hear over the typical 22r valve clatter.
what do you all think it is?

Update: definitely not the timing, took the cover off and they look brand new, the chain tension is good too.

Fired it up after and the noise is gone

Pull one drive belt off at a time and see if that alters the sound. When you pull the waterpump/alt belt don’t run it for very long.
