Will these wheels and tires work on my 1990 Toyota Pickup Standard Cab? Please help

I would love to get rid of my old steel wheels and simultaneously upgrade to a winter tire. I am a beginner so please help. These are from an 07 Lexus and I did as much research as I could before getting confused.

Those are the wheels.

This is where I was attempting to find wheel sizing info:

Do you have a 2 Wheel Drive or 4Wheel Drive Truck?

Those wheels will not work for 4 Wheel Drive Trucks simply because those wheels have 5 lug holes and a 4WD Truck has 6 wheel studs.

I have a 2wd...the lower one. I have 5 lug wheels and normally they're either 14 or 15 inch from the factory apparently. This is a 16" but with lower profile tires....55 versus 75. All other numbers looked good...same bolt pattern. Didn't know about the hub size? I think that's where my question is. Thanks so much for responding.

If you buy them make sure the guy marked which side they came off
or you might possibly end up with a pull or driving issues.
I'm pretty sure they are radials.

Some people will disagree as tire compounds have changed through the decades.
but it does still happen, especially with directional tires

The tires would show a direction on them correct? As long as I had that right then will it be okay? Still don't understand if this will fit over the hub correctly...not sure what all those numbers mean

I couldn't tell if they will fit and not all tires have directional arrows on them. These might, but don't know without a look at them..
But just a little advise, I would stay with 15" wheels.
When you get into 16" and above the tire price just gets higher.

You might want to go and take a look at them with a measuring tape, check your wheel opening to make sure
of no rub. Good Luck

The reason I had intented to get larger wheels was that in a 14" tire that is stock there are very limited options. They were mostly trailer tires and honestly I don't like betting my life on crappy tires....been there done that and I will never do it again. As I recall, those were similar tire size to my Civic Si and there were good options...certainly more than a trailer tire size. So I just measure the hole to make sure it will fit over my existing center hole and that's it? We don't get much winter weather in St. Louis but anything would be an upgrade over the cheap tires I have currently. Thanks so much for helping

Their are plenty of 14" tires out there and for good prices.
I don't know what your looking for.
It's a 2WD I'm sure your not going to be off roading with it.
Again I would slap a decent set of radial's on those 14" steel wheels you have and drive your rig.

Mild off-road, plan on camping a few times. Definitely not a long travel gig.

Prerunners are 2wd aren't they? I may lock the differential

I want 31x10.5xr15 tires, what do I need? I'm confused about backspacing ect...
