hello, I just bought a second hand lce street 4wd long tube header, im going to be installing it soon but i'd like to affix it to a new exhaust system because mine is 32 years old, and the muffler has a hole in from rust.

I cant figure out if between all the trucks the exhaust section is the same. Although i guess worse comes to worse i can just cut off the flanged sections and weld it straight to the cat to make it fit.


I am wondering if this exhaust will fit. supposedly it fits a 22re 4wd truck.

 

From the Bosal catalog, the part you linked is supposed to fit 1989-1995 4WD short wheelbase trucks with the 22R-E.

For your 1987 truck, it looks like you need Bosal 284-867 which fits 1984-1988 4WD long wheelbase trucks (Xtra cab) with the 22R-E.
