Tie rod removal tool





Looking to buy a tool to remove these tie rod ends without damaging them, any recommendations?

BFH or an air hammer, take the castle nut off and hit the end of the drag link next to the stud and it will pop out after a couple hits. Just don't hit the threads. You could put the nut back on a little ways to protect them, but make sure you take it ALL the way off first so you don't end up with the nut spinning the shaft (stud) and not coming off.
