SAS swap with FROR Brake kit rotor queston

SAS swap with FROR Brake kit rotor queston
Ok I have the FROR tundra brake rotor set up. I am having the IFS hubs milled down to fit 85 straight axle. My question, Isn't the tundra rotor supposed to be hub concentric? My rotor has play around the hub is this correct? I have this kit Power stop kit from Rock auto, for the brakes.
Thanks I dont want to attach it all and void returning if this is not correct.
