'94 4Runner SR5 4WD, 2.4L, Great tool for pressing front bearing races
I searched for a similar topic in this forum section, but didn't find one. As stated earlier, I'm new to this forum and my '94 4Runner, but have worked on other Toyotas, Fiats, Chevys, Model A Fords.
My first 4Runner mechanic'in was to replace the rear drive shaft u-joints. All went well.
My second 4Runner mechanic'in was to replace one front, lower ball joint, find the cause for a loose right-front wheel bearing and fix 'em. After removing the hubs and inspecting the wheel bearings and races it seemed prudent to replace the bearing races, bearings and bearing grease in both front wheel hubs, along with new rotors and break pads.
Removing the races was simple enough with a big punch (drift) and a BFH, the horrible black wheel bearing grease was a chore to clean out of the hubs but they came clean. I agonized about the process of putting in the new races after watching a number of YouTube videos showing different "pounding" techniques, none of which used a press, and only one used the actual "SST" tool and a BFH Toyota intends for this job. The #67213 loaner tool rocks!
It was so much easier, trivial even, with O'Reilly's tool loaner program, and this is what I want to share with you. With their loaner tool #67213 it took me a total of about 10 minutes to press the inner and outer races into both wheel hubs. Of course there was preparatory work of figuring out which dies to use from the tool kit for the inner and outer race pressings along with lightly greasing the race seats and races outer faces, which took about 20 minutes, but the tool made short work of getting the races into the hubs. Toyota maintenance manuals likes to refer to these tools as SST's (Special Service Tool) but they never seem to show an actual picture of their referenced tool.

From this tool kit I only needed the long 15/16" bolt, the "O", "M" and "N" round steel dies, the large round steel disk the diameter of the inner hub (I don't recall it's "letter" designation, "Q" maybe, and the nut for the bolt.
I've used one other of their loaner tools to press in the needle bearing caps for the u-joints. It had a return time limit of 30 days or so, or they considered it a purchase. The #67213 tool had a 48 hour return limit, or you bought it (which I was unaware of today but was able to return the tool within 4 hours). The privilege to "borrow" this tool is temporary, hefty $369 plus tax, but like Advance Auto Parts and Auto Zone, get the tool back to them within the "free loaner period" and it costs nothing to borrow and use their tools.
I hope this information is useful for someone else. This is certainly the right tool for this job.
Best,
