Repair/Replace 1st Gen Power Antenna Mast?

Repair/Replace 1st Gen Power Antenna Mast?
When I bought my '87 SR5 Turbo, the antenna system was removed and the mast is broken. I really want to keep the Power feature since I have the motor and interior switch.
Is it possible to repair the broken mast? I have searched everywhere and only 3rd gen Power Antenna masts seem to be for sale on Ebay.
Can I swap an antenna mast from something else into the motor assembly?
