Are 4Runner side mirrors larger than pickup's and will they swap?

Are 4Runner side mirrors larger than pickup's and will they swap?
The side mirrors on my pickup are horribly tiny (it's lifted so that doesn't help). I'm wondering if 4Runner mirrors are larger and would they fit the pickup. If so I'm considering picking up a set of used ones on eBay.
This is a '92, no vent window, mirror is in the bottom corner of the A pillar (sail), held in by 3 screws, non-powered.
