2nd gen 22re into a 3rd gen pickup truck

I currently have two pickups with 22re motors. One is a 1987 22re with a automatic trans. Its currenly running but needs rebuilt. The body is rough. The other truck is a 90 22re with a manual trans. The motor is currently removed and mostly disassembled. I bought the truck off a guy who only wanted $100 for it so I couldn't resist. The entire truck is in excellent condition. No rust what so ever. So my idea is once I pull the motor out of the 87 and rebuild it, I was going to put it in my 90. My question is what troubles could I run into with the swap. Electrical, ignition, etc. Thanks

The engines are identical. You will need to use the 1990 bolt on parts, all the sensors wireharness ect.
