1989 Base Fender will an SR5 fender work

I have a Toyota 1898 Pickup ... I need a front fender and cannot find one in the local junk yards ... found some new for around $60 shipped but the problem is the ones listed for the "base" model are only 2WD versions while the ONLY 4WD versions are for the SR5 (without molding holes).

My question is what is the difference? Why does the base model only list 2wd and why does it not list a 4wd?

The part for the 2wd is 4301 and the 4wd SR5 version is 4303 ... what is right?

it appears the 2wd and 4wd are different because of the fender wells are larger to accommodate larger wheels/tires with a 4x4 ... i now am curious what the difference is between the SR5 and the base ... it appears to be trim only, BUT does the body work have the trim embedded? or if it has no trim holes will it work for the base model?
