Weber to Asian conversion

I'd recommend the Canada emissions setup for aisan. It's a more minimalist approach but keeps all the goodies working (aap, choke breaker, etc) should be a diagram on google, and if you've already got the smog pump and egr deleted your halfway there.

Yeah it depends...Canada? California? Finding functioning emissions equipment is not going to be easy. Depending on whether your Weber is working as it should, you're probably going to be pretty unhappy with the results of switching back to stock. It's not a matter of the OEM setup not working well. It's a matter of 30+ years of use, abuse, wear and crud buildup. These systems are old. Even if kept completely clean, that's some old, brittle plastic.
Anyway. Hope you find what you're looking for. Having had both, I'd never go back to Aisin, especially not with the emissions stuff.

My Asian was working well before the swap. I have been fighting stupid issues in the Weber since it was new. Throttle linkage catching, vacuum leaks on the base plates, high idle, running to rich. All have been addressed more then once. I have been planing on going propane soon any way so the Weber just needs to go.
