I blew a head gasket on my '86 22re. Head is questionable. I will double check before I make a final decision but if I do need one, where is the best place to get one? A buddy of mine has bought a few recently and had bad luck. He says he ordered the lower cost ones and they would not hold up to any heat what so ever. Tell me the quality is not as good. Also considered having my head resurfaced. What's y'alls thoughts?

 

I use only genuine Toyota. I got one and I think my machinist has one.
