The 4runner needs new seat belts, 23 years has taken it's toll on the mechanisms, none of them really function anymore. I am not finding any OEM replacements online or locally in Portland metro area, anyone done this replacement? If anyone has, share the type you used that actually fit the 1994 or similar 4runner mounting placements.
