Pulling a 22re with trans, how high off the floor? Any input?
Im gearing up to pull the 22RE in my 1993 2WD, have the syncros replaced in the trans and drop in the 22RE that I built, I know you can leave the transmission on the engine and pull them at the same time, is it easier this way? How high off the ground does the truck need to be to clear the transmission tail to swing it up and out or is it easier to just pull the trans first then the engine?
