Oil gauge

Oil gauge
ok so I did a cluster swap on my 94 Toyota pickup 3.0, I put in a 94 4Runner cluster that has everything unlike my stock. I just got my tach working Thanks to a tech from this site. Now I have another problem I'm hoping someone can help me with. Problem is the oil gauge isn't working. I thought I fried the gauge itself so I changed just the gauge with another one from a cluster that had the cable driven speedometer and still nothing. Oh and the sending unit is from a 91 Toyota pickup 3.0 manual. Any help would be great. Thanks.

You should have keep this in all one thread .
You need to have the sending unit for a gauge and not just a light .
Is the sending unit for a gauge ??
The sending unit grounds into the block so every thing needs to be clean and if you use any sealant it needs to be conductive

This is a brand new sending unit ??If it is send it back.
Well I see why it does not work the 91 Gauge sending unit and the 94 Gauge don`t speak the same language
92 to 95 4Runner or 93 to 95 pick up with the 3.0 Gauge sending unit
These are the things that should be rounded up with the cluster so much easier when you have all the goodies
