Man Trans Oil

I need to replace the trans oil on my 89 4runner V6 5spd. I have read enough to know that I need to use Red Line MT-90 (75/90 GL-4). But I have read conflicting info on how much I'll need. I have looked and no place around me sells it. So, since I have to order it, I want to be sure I have enough before I drain it. Anybody do it on this tranny and remember how much is needed?

Perfect! That is exactly what was needed.
For anybody reading, I'll save you the time. It is 6.3 pints or just over 3 quarts.
I found a four pack of quarts on Amazon for less than the gallon or 4 single quarts is sold anywhere. Only $59.65 and free shipping.
Thanks again
