The truck has the 22r-e motor iv searched an searched for wiring diagrams on the wire harness go in to ignition switch its the 8 pin plug could someone tell me what color wire goes to what I know the black wire is starter

 

Not sure if it helps, but this is the wiring for a '94. It is probably is similar, though it looks like you have a couple of extra wires. They both have 8 pin connectors, but it looks like some of your wires are in different positions, it is hard to tell because your fingers are blocking which wires are going to which pins.

'94 wiring...
Pin 1- black/yellow- Goes to the following fuses: gauge, wiper, turn, ecm-ig, engine
Pin 2- blue/red- Goes to the following fuses: radio, cig
Pin 3- white- input from AM1 40amp fuse
Pin 4- unknown, not shown on my diagram
Pin 5- unknown, not shown on my diagram
Pin 6- black- goes to starter relay pin 1, signal input
Pin 7- black/red- ign fuse, injectors, ignitor
Pin 8- white/red- input from AM2 30amp fuse

Do you need an ignition or something? Hot wiring it seems to be a lot of a pain to go though.
