I've been reading a bit on the web about doing this swap. From what I read it seems that the W56 is a stronger tranny which is nice. I just happen to have a junked 93 pickup with a W56.

Can I use my original transfer case from my G54 or is it different? I was reading some about "forward shift" vs "top shift" and having to chop some of the floor out. What's this all about?
