1996 tacoma, aotomatic, 4wd, standard cab, 2.7 rebuild, balance shaft delete, egr delete (resistor in) and rotating assembly balanced, LCE rebiuld kit with king bearings, 2-1/4" exhaust, about 700 miles on new engine, runs great. Idle is a bit fast, so I pulled the TB, cleaned IAC(some carbon) iac functioning correctly. Truck runs just fine, just cant seem to pinpoint idle issue, also after putting TB back on today, idle has gotten a little rough, no codes, scan tool shows idle in park a about 750-825ish, in gear, about 650ish, but not smooth, TPS shows constant 9% at idle. Was idling about 12-1300 before cleaning TB and IAC, and smooth as silk, just fast. Checked for vacum leaks, so far none found, wondering about TPS. Any comments/suggestions would be appreciated.
