92 toyota 22re

I have a 92 toyota pickup will Idle but is running rich it will drive in reverse but when in first or any forward gear it will shutter and jerk when the clutch is released any ideas would be greatly appreciated

From: I live in New Tripoli Pa out in the woods

Check to see if the bell Cranks are seized in the brackets (.Emergency Brake hardware )

Causing the rear brakes to be on.
