I just replaced the front wheel bearings and races on my 1992 SR5 4WD pick up and noticed that the car shutters in 4WD now and pulls to the left. This is new since replacing the wheel bearings and races. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I did?

 

Is this ADD or Locking Hubs??

They are ADD hubs and there weren't any left over parts. And yes. Operating on dry pavement around 20 mph. I only noticed it because I was testing the 4WD after messing with the wheel bearings. I don't typically drive with 4WD unless in the snow/off road.

 

i'd recommend re-checking the torque on the spindle nuts.
actually, i'd re-check everything for as simple as it is.

 

the symptoms you described are pretty much what happens if driving in 4WD on dry pavement. Try it in 4WD in some gravel, field or something slippery. I am guessing the sympton will go away.
