How far have you had your head milled? Do you have an adjustable timing gear?

If it's running hot you will continue to blown head gaskets. What do you have the timing set at? Again have you had the head resurfaced and if so how much did they remove. You can take a little bit off but everytime you resurface the head you change the timing by a small amount. That is why I asked if you were running the adjustable timing gear as that is the best way to compensate for that problem. Also have you had the head and block flushed ever? You could have a blockage in a cooling port. Do you use rtv to put the motor back together? I had an oil port get clogged once when a small piece of rtv broke off and went through my motor. Cost me a rod bearing aka rebuild.
