Hello! I've just purchased my first 4Runner and read the very informative sticky's on here. I bought it from a friend who was the original owner. It's the V6 4wd model and lots to have every option with only 51,000 original miles. It has had no maintenance other than oil changes in its life so I'll be researching on what is actually needed vs. going by the service manual as I would have to replace everything due to the age.
I'll be using this as a daily driver but plan to put on some 33's and rims and then address the preventive maintence.
Looking forward to any suggestions and will start reading what was written prior.

 

Do a compression test just to be sure
The 3.0's have a mixed reputation(I have one)
