Does anyone know how to wire in the clutch start cancel button on a auto to manual swap on a 1st gen 4runner? 22re motor a340h to w56c? Shop that my truck is at cant figure it out off hand and I was going to see if anyone had any quick answers? Thanks!

 

These people did a swap ?? just jumper your neutral safety switch and call it good

Myself I have no clue what years a first generation might be

 

1987 is my 4runner. My transmission came from an 89 i believe

 

I just wired in a hidden switch for the neutral safety switch so that it can't be started without flipping the switch when I did my swap on my 89 runner.

 

oh neat, so you made a kill switch out of it. thats pretty BA

 

Yeah that way it's harder to steal. I actually have three on it altogether for when I go out of town.
