1988 4runner Clutch replacement

Hello, Im pretty new at this forum stuff sorry if i am doing it wrong or something.

I have a completely stock 1988 toyota 4runner that is due for a clutch replacement. I had my eyes on a ACT heavy duty clutch kit because i like pushing the car to its limits and i want something that can handle that.

Is the ACT clutch the way to go? Or should look at something else?

Thanks!

hmm. "completely stock" and "pushing it to its limits" are two different things. the oem aisin clutch will hold up to whatever you do with the rest of the vehicle "stock". that's where i'd go.
