Shock torque specs 1991 SR5

I am installing new rear shocks and in my service manual it gives a torque spec that snapped my bolt off before it was reached. Does anyone know what the bolts for mounting the rear shocks are supposed to be torqued to? 116ft/lbs is too much I know that. Also if there is a part number for that bolt it would be helpful as well. The dealership doesn't list it anywhere in there computer I was told.

Thanks

116 ft.lbs. is more than 2x too much.

53 ft.lbs. for 4WD.
