I am having troubles disengaging 4wd in my truck I have narrowed it down to the VSV not getting power to swap the actuator. I have the 2wd vacuum hooked up to direct engine vacuum to keep it from going into 4wd.
I have replaced the tcase switch, the front actuator switch and also the "transmission relay" in the front passenger kick panel. I am out of options and I don't know what to do short of putting both the VSV valves on a rocker switch.
