87 4runner shifter bushing question

First post here so hopefully this makes sense. Im getting ready to replace my shifter bushing and have read several threads regarding this. However my particular shifter housing looks different than all I have seen in previous threads. All I have seen are round and mine is square. Hopefully the picture I have attached will help explain. I need help making sure I'm ordering the correct part and how to install it. Ordering the bushing from Marlin Crawler. Looks like I will need the red one instead of the white one. Is that correct? Second question, my shifter has a cover plate with four screws. I'm assuming this must be removed first to get the shifter out? Is this correct? Appreciate any help.

Keith

You are correct on both counts .

It would take the Red seat .

Sort of looks like someone was in there messing with stuff...Do any trucks come from Toyota with a top plate looking like that? With screws?
