Rocker Arm Assembly Trouble- '84 22R

So I have removed all 10 bolts holding the rocker arm assembly in place. The driver's side moves, it wants to leave the head. The passenger's side, however, is stubborn and set in it's ways. I'm not sure if there is something else holding it in place or if the many years I assume it has been since the last removal has set it in place. I applied a little pressure to see if it would pop off, but I got nothing. I didn't want to put too much pressure on it and bend/break something. Any help would be great and appreciated.

Valve cover and bolts removed.

Right side gap (driver's)

Left side (passenger's)

The only thing I can think of, the rocker arm assembly is just super tight. once the headbolts are removed there is nothing holding it down. I know when you are putting the rocker arm assembly back on, sometimes you need a rubber mallet because its metal on metal for the guides to let the rocker arm assembly right.

I just put my rocker arm assembly back on after completing the desmog. I had to use a rubber mallet to lightly tap my rocker arm assembly back on, even after tripple checking my double check haha.

They can get stuck on once in a while. I too use a rubber mallet or will get a stick of wood under a solid place and pry up on it gently. Usually between the mallet and the wood it will eventually break free. You may need to alternate between the two to get it freed up.
